XTJ is able to finish your prototypes or models so they resemble the real thing. Our on site facilities include dust free paint rooms, hand finishing areas, sand and bead blasting as well as silk printing equipment. We can match Pantone and RAL colour standards and can provide Mold-Tech and VDI finishes on metal and plastic parts.
 
We have also developed strong relationships with suppliers to provide a wide range of castings, heat treating, and metal finishing services.

    XTJ Design team with over 10 years design experience are capable of utilizing software such as Pro Engineer to do mold design, draft check and create drawings and/or 3D CAD models from detailed sketches or concepts.
